A Debate on Diabetes Was Conducted

On Thursday, November 14, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Lazgin A. Jameel-President of the University of Zakho, Professor Dr. Yaseen T. Mustafa-Vice President of the University for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Karwan F. Sami-Vice President of the University for Students Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Nawfal R. Hussain-Dean of the College of Medicine, Ms. Dilen A. Meero-Director of Career Development Center, Dr. Qarani-Director of Zakho Health Directorate, lecturers and students of the university, the College of Medicine in collaboration with Career Development and Zakho General Hospital, conducted a debate in commemoration of World Diabetes Day.

At the beginning some words have been presented by the arrangers of the debate, they talked about the Diabetes, its causes and treating it scientifically. Additionally, the way of preventing the spread and the increase of this disease has been talked about in details and precisely. On the other hand, the light has been shed on the main reasons behind the appearance of this disease and the way of self- protection.
